Web and E-mail hosting!

This is very off-topic, but for about a decade now I've been with a web hosting provider called tsohost - They used to be great, even replying to tickets at 1am on a sunday morning, but ever since they got bought out by Godaddy (Notorious for being one of the absolute worst hosts on the internet) they've gone steadily down hill. It's finally affected me and they aren't responding to support tickets or phone calls and their live chat doesn't work, so I am jumping ship.

So, for any of you web-savvy folk, got any recommendations for a cheap low volume host with decent support??

Cyker, I don't know what web site requirements you need whether its for small business or shop etc but the ones below might be worth a look.

Bluehost, for those new to web hosting, with WordPress-focused options.

SiteGround, Excellent customer support and focus on WordPress hosting.

HostGator, Good for content heavy websites with reliable plans.

InMotion, Hosting Offers unmetered storage and bandwidth on some plans.

Your website needs Basic website, e-commerce, or resource intensive application?

Technical knowledge also do you need a user friendly platform or more control.

Hope some of these may be useful.

My wife is with Vision Internet Ltd for web hosting  for her business, and has been since 2007. No problems with them to date. Website design by someone else.

I have used Rabbit Tree for years for 10’s of websites and email hosting.  Never had an issue and great service.
