Phone sound

I have a 2019 Aygo and recently whenever I receive a phone call, the sound is distorted and the caller sounds like a robot, they cannot hear me talking at all. The radio sounds fine and if I play music via bluetooth that is also fine. I have tried different people calling me or me calling them and it's the same issue. Has anyone had anything similar ?
