Head unit upgrade

Anybody fitted CARabc aftermarket unit to CHR head unit, thinking of adding this to my 2018 CHR to enable me to use Apple Carplay Google Maps from my I phone

Another option is a Apple CarPlay Wireless Adapter. Easily found on The well know auction site and Aliexpress

it depends on what radio you have if you have the older touch2 gen 2 (all glass touch screen) it's not AA/AC compatible so a wireless AA/AC adapter will be of no use to you

not sure when the C-HR was facelifted with the touch2 Gen3 (MM17/19 - edit. Mid 2019

Thanks for the reply i will have to try and find out whether my CHR is compatible, it was first registered on 22/08/18, because it doesn't support Car play i thought this was an option i don't think the navigation has been updated, and the dealer says no service records were were transferred from the  dealership they took over from, and the map graphics are not as good as Google or Carplay
