Service maintenance reset

Recently had my 22 plate gr sport serviced but my Toyota app says that the service is still due 

phoned my local Toyota dealer who serviced it said it might be because they didn’t reset it on the car 

I have looked at a few YouTube videos but the maintenance tab doesn’t show up on the dash on mine 

so does anyone know how to reset it please

How long ago was it serviced? 

In my experience it takes about a week for the app to register the car had been serviced. Not sure why though. Server update? Technician not clicked a button? 🤷‍♂️

Follow up with Toyota customer service direct for the app to correctly reflect the service info. It is usually updated on the app same/next day or has been for me and one time it didn't they updated quickly. 

 

For the in car alert, you can reset yourself. We just changed our Yaris and it's now different menu but go into settings on the dash.
