Front Brake Caliper

Hello everyone, new member here. I have come on here looking to see if anyone can help me source a near side front brake caliper for my 2004 Estima. The part number is 47750-58010, I can find them in Japan but they are expensive, even without the shipping costs. The existing one on the car has seized. Is rebuilding the caliper an option, I see service kits are available to do this. If anyone could help that would be very much appreciated.

you can get a rebuild kit no issue you willl need to check if the bore and piston are ok, i take it you have had the calliper off the car to confirm it's not a bad line holding fluid pressure

Could you cross reference the part number as it cant be unique to an estima and maybe just the same as the Camry etc?
