yup yup yup, im lovin my house, i too couldnt accept cr@ppy parking, managed to get a double drive and a garage in a nice area,

5mins from beach and 5mins from the newest point of the high speed commuter rail link!!!

luckily, where the rest of the country seems to be slowin down, my local market should 'touch wood' stay where it is,

an up and coming area you see, a new uni on the way, millions being spent on a new mariner and arts centre, the rail link to london...

to be honest, im not bothered about makin money, just dont wanna loose it!

fidgits-thanks for the confidence boost mate! but to be honest people have said the same for years and its kept goin up, cant wait for ever, im afraid i just had to go for it while i could and basically hope for the best!!!

ive already had two fall through costing me nearly a grand in surveys and sheeet so hopefully thisll be third time lucky, keep your fingers crossed for us!!! ;)

A bit complicated this one:

Me and my partner are in the process of buying our first house.

In the meantime we are living at my partners parents' house (me my partner and my 8 month old son all in the one room!).

Also, whilst I work during the week I rent a room in Bristol for 3 nights a week.

On top of all that our possesions are spread over 3 houses until we complete the purchase of the house.

Life is never simple! :crybaby:

On my third house now and got a nice bit of equity. Nearly finished doing up my current house and will probably sell near the end of the year depending on the market.

Always a good move to buy in to bricks and mortar as soon as you are able.

Even if the market took a slight down turn over the next year or so ( which is unlikely as long as there is still demand) prices would still bounce back in no time.

I am lucky here in Wales as prices are still rising at approx 20%, meaning the value of my house is rising £40,000 a year. Can't fault that!

Paid approx£110000 last year, paid £4000 for a new kitchen £2000 for conservatory and just been valued at £165000. That's not a bad return.

Good luck with your purchase and welcome to the property ladder.
