What in tarnation is wrong with this cars fuses?

Trying to change my cigarette lighter fuse because I’m thinking maybe that’s the reason why I can’t charge anything. Under closer inspection the Toyota manual is nothing in correlation with this Toyota Yaris fuses? There are some that line up but even the numbers are on the side to tell you which fuse belong in which fuse location specified by numbers is all backwards. I’m using the cars original manual but I uploaded the ones online because it’s the same. So I’m just at a crossroads right now if anyone wants to give me their take it’d be greatly appreciated I also was trying to install a dash cam which makes matters even worse that the fuses are organized like this or no cig power to power it up which is even more frustrating. I’m fairly new at doing this stuff as I am 21 so if I am missing something go easy haha.IMG_2476.thumb.jpeg.a2bc4d797891695b8a9818f1a03686d1.jpegIMG_2467.thumb.png.dd158e4a48f27cd6ee43268bc6ec0bf3.pngIMG_2468.thumb.png.aa43da4932ae9c1f03ab0a11696e40f7.png

To me, the 15A CIG fuse is the one you want - and it is number 7 on the Fusebox list, but you seem to have it marked up as 25. Right between the 7.5A and 20A fuses sitting on thier own on the longest row. Fuses 1 to 11 are on the longest row, with the shorter row being 12 to 21, just as the diagram. I would ignore the moulded numbers on the fusebox itself as they dont seem to tie up against anything.

That looks like the US market Yaris diagram

long row

start from the bottom

7. 15a cig

6.

5.

4.

3. 7.5

2. 7.5

1. 10

the simple way is to look at the number of fuse locations, then look at the diagram and note the pattern/order of the fuses

Some didn't have that fuse fitted as it was the smokers pack, (never heard of anything so stupid) a friend of mine took his new car in, when it was new to complain about the cig lighter not working and found out, the smokers pack was an add on.
