Estima Hybrid EV 'range' / availability

'Range' is in quotes as we all know that's not what it is designed for, it designed to augment the petrol engine to allow for best economy overall power output.
And will allow short periods of pure EV when in slow moving stop/start traffic etc.

Can only run in pure EV mode if Battery has >=50% charge and if doing under 20mph
(as in designated as pure EV mode with the corresponding light on. Will still do the equivalent of EV mode at speed when under v light load and gliding etc)

Pure EV mode is useful if want to reposition the car on driveway or car park at end of a run etc.

Also useful, with a cold engine if need to do a minor vehicle reposition , without the need to start the engine  (and I dont like only briefly running a cold engine, as leaves water vapour in the cold exhaust etc)

However often after having been sat a while, or soon after moving, it often fails to meet or maintain the >=50% Battery charge state, and so often it is not usable and 'disappointing'.

How much pure EV does anyone else get in a minor repositioning manovere etc ?

Doesn't help that my Battery pack is probably getting reasonable old and doesnt seem to hold charge
eg finish a run showing 61%
and next day shows 51% (and a few seconds of pure EV available) or less
Luckily doesnt seem to drop below 45% or so during the periods when not in use.
