how to update maps on 23 Corolla TS

hi, with the 23 Corolla TS,  GEN5,  how are the satnav maps updated?   i went to settings,  software update, and no updates showing,

went into the toyota maps, but could not find an option to check for updates.

There's a long thread on here somewhere about it. Basically it does it all over the air and there is no map updating by USB.
