Windscreen replaced. Now intermittent rattle.

Seems to be behind clocks on dashboard or could even be further forward. Can't tell cos it happens only intermittently and only when driving and is like a little tick'ing noise. Really annoying when it does it. And no, I don't want to turn the radio up :)

have you contacted whoever installed the new windscreen to get them to come back?
other than that i would think the next step is for you to contact your dealership to investigate why and if there are costs associated with a fix that relates to the windscreen replacement then i would think it's down the company that replaced the windscreen to reimburse you.

Had the same 'ticking' sound I found that the front facing camera cover (behind mirror) made a rattle when tapped put some clear Gel pads between glass plastic it's gone now but have another somewhere not as bad sounds like infotainment surround as when grasped with my hand it seems better, check also glove box that can rattle a bit ,stick on felt pads help.

Oh and another place to look the grill like covers at either side front of the dash check by tapping them.

I've had a new windscreen fitted recently, and no noises so it's not normal.

If no trim pieces are loose you should go back, it will be guaranteed.

My fitters left some glue blobs around the windscreen I had to remove myself, I would have thought they would have done a final check before releasing the car but they didn't 😞
