Looking to buy 2.2 D-4D 180 4WD

Hi all, I am interested in buying an older Rav4 car: 2007-2009 2.2l diesel engine (175bhp). I am aware it's not ULEZ free but luckily I don't live near such a zone. Are there any typical issues I need to look out for when buying this engine? Thanks
