locking using key fob

Most Toyota and Lexus owners who can lock their car by touching door handle will l know this, but for those who don't .

If when locking the car you hold the Lock button and press the Unlock button twice.

You can only unlock the car using the key fob. Just a bit of extra security.

 

(I'm sure someone will say this has been discussed before, but I did search)   😜

I didn't know this.

What I did ask Toyota to do in the last 2 services, and each time they forgot to do it, was allow me to long press open on the fob to open all windows and sun roof, and close them all with long press on the fob.

Unless there's a trick I can sort that for myself?

Nick, Carista device and app will do it. Can change soft touch indicators count, disable eco AC
