I own a 2021 Highlander and I had a big issue with the it. Front bumper just came off driving in the rain. Recently Toyota issued a recall for the same issue and said they don't have any remedy for the issue. I paid for the bumper failed and it cost me a lot as I went through my insurance company. I requested Toyota to pay me or to my insurance company for the damages I incurred due to manufacturing fault. Toyota does not want to take responsibility for the issue and said we can't pay anything. I purchased a car for CAD 70000 and its bumper falls on normal use. I will never again buying a Toyota and will ask my friends and family not to buy.

Presumably as the Toyota Canada new car warranty is 3 years/60,000 miles, and your car was first registered in 2021, it may have been outside the warranty.

As Toyota Owners Club is independent of Toyota and is UK based, phrases as above will not be seen by Toyota  Canada, and will have no impact.
