Should this be hanging down like this?
Dont remember it being so noticeable last time I looked?
Will take a better look and examine closer in due course.

No it shouldn't hang to low. Mine did after I reversed in long grass. Easy to fit back up with new plastic plugs. In my case I had to use a heat gun as it was a little distorted but all fine now and grass cut.
