Hybrid system check won’t run

Our Auris TS (2014 - 197.000 km) was at the dealer recently for regular maintenance, which a.o. Included a hybrid system check. Due to the reset of logged errors (nothing permanent or serious) they were unable to do: I had to drive approx 150 km before the system would proceed (?)

Some weeks later (+ 600 km) we went again, but the hybrid system check still would not start / proceed.

Probably nothing serious (3rd Toyota, this one 5 years without any problem) but since the 10 years waranty will expiry end of October this year I would very much like to have the hybrid check done anyway

Dealer has no solution yet, all other Toyotas the hybrid system check caused no issues. They are going to do some research and will revert…

Anybody similar experience? Should we worry? Don’t expect so but any comments / suggestions appreciated

Hi and welcome.
When you went second time and hybrid system check couldn’t be started what the mechanics said about it, what was the reason and what were the next steps, waiting again another km travelling?
What were the fault codes and why needed a reset beforehand the first failed test?
