Anyone managed to get the cheaper tax rate on their Hybrid?

As per the title, has anyone managed to get the cheaper tax rate on their Estima Hybrid? It's ridiculous having to pay £360 a year when the emissions are so low!

Its because your emissions on your v5 are zero, so you are on a standard rate, used to be 200 odd quid now prices have gone up along with more potholes

Yeah I saw that. I'm wondering if anyone has managed to get theirs changed so it's in the correct tax bracket.

not possible i'm afraid. these are measured at development stage. It's a european requirement. Being a Jap import it does not have the emission figures so they are stated zero rated. I believe thats why they are ULEZ free.

It is extremely difficult with many layers of red tape and no one really knows, many have tried but end up going around in circles as to who needs what paper work, dvla is unsure about independent CoC's and CoE's so you get stuck in the PLG tax group and then the car is not ULEZ compliant
