Strips Or No Strips?

cheers geo. Yeah dropping it is my next mod. then spoiler on rear not sure which type???any surgestions????and when i find someone i will have the front spars removed.

me and you are on the same wavelength ! i was quoted 200 for smoothing ang removing the spars on the front,colour coding the door handles,mirrors and fitting and spraying an sr spoiler.

Well i done it,i removed the strips.................. OHH MY GOD what a diffrence , i dont know why i didnt do it before. As i said ill have pics up next week (when i go gold)

About an hour a side. I used a heat gun to remove the strips (still snapped them ) then used a caramac wheel (rubber wheel in a drill ) to remove all the glue,then washed it,then went over it with tar and glue remover,then polished it.......minted,well worth it !

Take it you work in a body shop mate? caramac wheel etc...

No im doing an apprenticeship(cannot spell) with toyota in b/briggs (mechanics) so the body shop is across the road,they gave me tips ect. heard anything bout the scottish meet?

thats how long it took me to take mine off my car and they both snapped. £200 For the front bumper work???think i will do it at some point. What alloys you got on streetracer_starlet?????

Looks pretty sweet with the strips off, like the indentation aswell breaks the side of the car up
