Hi All,

On a 200mi journey and the TPMS warning light just came on. No buzzer sounds. Checked the tyre pressures which all show 38psi. I had a full service done last week. Currently stopped at a service stop, any advice? Is it a false activation or a real issue? Trying to decide if we should turn back.

Thanks!

This happens to me in a VW Golf on a long journey mainly when it's raining heavily...only once or twice a year and it's always a false reading.

If your tyre presuures are correct just re set and enjoy your journey.

if you had a service done, they most likely did the air pressures but they didn't reset the warning. Just reset it and it should be good to go.
