Yes but it may be able to do things domestic kit can't.

Eg. Over the years I've seen things like pulse charging mentioned to 'recondition' damaged batteries. It may be snake oil, I've not researched it myself, but it's possible that high amperage pulses, 10s, maybe 100+, may work that sort of magic on the chemistry and that 000s beast can do that.
