Congrats and hope you enjoy it! I've had mine for 3 years now and it still makes me inexplicably happy driving it  

And I can definitely say it's not me getting high on the new car smell now!!  (That's long gone  )

Hahahaha! Thank you. I feel the infatuation period will take a while to wear off...

Every time I see that EV light go on, I'm thinking of the happiness of driving free of petrol cost. 🤣

It can become a weirdly addictive game trying to see how much you can keep it going on EV-only  

One trick is if you are going slow or gently cruising but the engine is running, you can lift off completely for a second then press the accelerator again and it'll drop into EV mode and stay there unless you press the pedal too hard or the Battery drops to 3-bars or less.

Yeah... I've noticed that one very quickly.

Also, I have noticed that if I use the speed limiter, it helps because once reached a certain speed and the car reaches the set limit speed, the RPMs drop.

EV mode then kicks in, or if not, like you mentioned, release the accelerator for about have a second and reapply the accelerator, then EV kicks in.
