The Mysterious T22 ABS Problem

So, long story short:

1. The ABS kicks in when the speed drops to 5 km/h.

   • The ABS light occasionally comes on, then the ABS stops working. It goes away pretty soon after.
   • No ABS-specific fault codes appear when I plug in and scan.
   • This has been going on for years.

2. The car has been serviced multiple times for this by my father. The diagnosis was consistently a faulty sensor on the front right wheel. The last time, the car went to a Toyota dealership to fix the issue permanently after replacing another sensor, and then I bought the vehicle.

3. The issue returned after a day or two.

4. I started to suspect a wiring issue between the wheelbase and the ECU. I was actually pretty sure and a little proud of myself, prematurely of course.

5. I finally measured the resistance from both front wires to the ECU and got very close numbers, indicating that the wiring was not faulty and punching a huge hole in my fragile ego.

At this point I´m kinda out of ideas so my only option to reach out for the hive mind and ask help.
