Radio Gaga?

With my wife driving yesterday and me in the passenger seat, the radio came on suddenly with neither of us touching a button or any control. It was an Arab station with exotic and very loud music. Naturally, my wife was startled and I switched it off with the middle button between the volume controls. But, how could this happen completely without intervention?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally press the mode switch on the steering wheel?

No buttons pressed. My wife has a dread of buttons and drives the Corolla as if it was an Austin Seven - no technology! I didn't trigger the voice control and the boot is serpent free. It's a Moroccan mystery. I just hope it doesn't happen again as it almost made my wife eject through the moon roof!

I once walked into the living room to find our two dogs listening to a compilation of Lionel Richie songs, courtesy of Alexa. My wife swears it wasn't her that asked for it and there was no one else in the house, so if dogs can request Lionel Richie then probably anythings possible..

Why do you think the dogs did it? Could you see it in their eyes, that's what they were looking for?

I missed what I suspect was a scam phone call on my mobile but thought what the hell anyway, and rang the number back .

It was a recorded message playing "I just called to say I love you"
