Multimedia keeps asking me to confirm T and Cs

It’s only just started happening , all my set up is the same , linked to my account and was all working well ,  but for some reason about a week ago the MMedia  started to ask me to confirm terms and conditions every time I start the car , anyone had this problem and got a fix . Thanks

Connect your phone. 
Then it can remember you have already agreed to the T&Cs. 
Happens to me when I forget to leave bluetooth on and don't attach phone before driving off. 
Leave bluetooth enabled on phone permanently and problem never occurs for me - regardless of when/whether I choose to attach phone.
