Trips no longer being recorded

As of this Monday, the MyT app is no longer registering any new trips and nor can it find the vehicle location (says vehicle location is unavailable). Was working fine until next then. I guess it could be any number of things, the car's DCM, network issues, Toyota servers, etc. Is there anything practical I can do determine where the problem lies?

My dealer wanted me to get into this MyT thing.  I had a look but couldn't log in. So gave it up as a bad job.
