I was wondering if anyone has heard of the airbag sensor or something going out randomly, and if they know the location or the sensors in the front driver seat wiring specific I know they are under and throughout the seat, but it first started if I layed the seat back down it would come on then I could move the seat and turn the car off and back on and it would fix it until I repeated it, I assume it's not even the whole sensor probly just a wiring thing, has anyone else had this problem? Pic related for the error message

I’ve had the airbag light come on in a car after moving the seat. It wasn’t a Corolla but likely the same issue.

there was a connector under the seat for the sensor to tell the system someone is sitting there - just wiggling it solved it.

Well I pulled both driver and passenger seats and jiggled and unplugged and replugged connectors still same problem so its either up in the fabric of the seats or something different altogether

Really needs scanning for fault codes with the airbag system to see where exactly the fault is being triggered.

The movement of the drivers seat could just be a coincidence & landing you to look in the wrong place.

If you reclined the seat fully and it caused the srs light to come on would think the wiring is at fault in the seat. SRS light usually stays on as it is a safety issue and requires attention. Unplugging connectors can put further fault codes in the system, where 1 code was the issue 6 have been logged from pulling connectors if that makes sense?
