Deeper steering wheel for Rav4

I'm looking for options to bring the steering wheel of my Rav4 a bit closer to me. I'm 6'8" tall so well outside the design range for the car I imagine. Steering wheel spacers seem pretty expensive by the time I ship them here to New Zealand and get them installed and certified.

Is there a steering wheel from another model that is deeper and would essentially plug and play? I've read that the a lot of the steering wheels will fit physically but can't find any dimensions anywhere to know what to look for. Thought I'd ask here before I start wandering round car yards with a tape measure.
