Back doors not opening

Today i discovered neither of my back doors will open from inside. If the childlocks are off both doors will open from the outside. If the childlocks are on the doors won't open from the outside either. Any suggestions? (I can't get a garage appointment until July 11th!

Try hitting the unlock on the fob twice also make sure the window lockout switch hasn't been hit by mistake

if all else fails Disconnect the Battery for 15 min
