New Pump On My Emina 2.2 3c-te ?

hi my diesal pump went on my emina and had it reconed but now it wont run with timing marks at the right position if i move pump marks round abit i can get it to run but black smoke can sum one help please

is there summet u have to do to get it to run right at the right marks ????????????????

if it runs ok , disconnect pipe on egr valve smoke should go try it block pipe with bolt and clip if you can
