Touch screen not responding

Just bought a 2016 Rav and the touch is not responding. Sometimes it works bit mostly not.

Is their a way to do a hard reset or is it faulty...?..

Thanks, it's not that, anyone know of a guide somewhere on how to remove the unit. I'm going to try and source one from salvage....

Also anyone know if I can fit one with sat nav or will that require additional hardware?
