Check gutter around the wiper blades area and inside the dashboard where the filter seats.

the air filter is like new, no damages, only dust, insects and ****ties...so I think the poops come from the outside when I have used the warm cabin air

I can assure you, that’s not a rat, a rat wouldn’t get in the heater, it might be a mouse or it might be decaying seeds of a tree.

Would it need to? I understand rats are continuously incontinent and all it would have to do is walk along the bottom of the windscreen where any carp could fall into the HVAC intake.

I take it you’ve never seen rats doo.  It wouldn’t fit in the pleats of that filter.

It didn't, that was the dirty side of the filter!

What are on about Bob?  I know it’s the dirty side, it faces up where the rat would be.  If that in the photo was done by a rodent it was a tiny one.  Rat ******* would sit on top of the pleats.

Having seen plenty of rat **** in cars I can say with confidence that isnt from a rat. We get a lot of farm vehicles in, often they eat wiring harnesses and leave their *** everywhere, they never stop chewing, there would be more evidence, that filter would be eaten away, as mentioned above, it might be a mouse dropping or a seed

I don't think I would have replaced those plugs. Are the new ones Denso?

If so I wonder why they changed the design.

These droppings could have had entered through the air intake grill and no mouse infesting problem.
For the plugs even if they look as good as new on the centre electrode, the side one could have little wear plus once they worked for the given mileage intervals they will be ready to go. Old plugs increase resistance and can fail your coils prematurely. I did first change on my current car at 80k miles and then every 60k miles. Now gets close to 280k miles on original coils. Not bad
