Sliding door stuck

I was having an issue with the sliding door, it wouldnt lock while using any of the locking keys, and it was a problem since I am traveling. I dont want thefts to take place, so I decided to lock tge doors manually. At first I tried the child lock - it only won let the door open from the inside, so it wasnt the solution. The. i found a plastic cover which you can access when the sliding door is open, from its left side (the sliding door is on the right side of the car). I open it and through this small hole i noticed some white plastic things, with my key I pushed something inside there - closed the door - and now it wont open. It wont open from outside nor inside (childlock wasnt taken off ;() now the door cant ve open in any way. How can I get it open now?
