2021 RAV4 settings & preferences

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a RAV4 to remember certain preferences?

Each time I start the car it defaults back to having speed signs activated (which I'd prefer off) and the cruise control off (which I'd prefer on). Is it possible to get these stored somehow?

Yes, it is perfectly possible to get a RAV4 to remember certain preferences - but not hose two.

RSA is always activated when the car is switched on. Depending on the model year it is possible to set a default status for RSA alerts.

Switching cruise control on is a simple press of a dedicated button. There's no way the system would allow the driver to abdicate responsibility for the car's speed without a deliberate action! 😉

I guess it's just one of those little Toyota quirks...

My previous car (VW Arteon) did remember all my personal settings, including cruise control being on (but not active until I pressed the Set button).
