Tmc not showing any traffic messages

This is a 2021 model yaris. Why is there no information from the tmc?

Its the new euro standard for traffic frequencies

does the radio have DAB if so you can enable traffic (what uses tpeg) in the options - these systems are designed around using a smartphone so traffic will come from the internet
