when i was out in ibiza, i saw loads of novas, but they were all called corsas over there, so this is obviously in different country or an import or sumthin, which may explain it?!!

That was sooooo put up. You could hear the Nova but you couldnt hear the Ferrari.

The ferrari's high pitched revs would have been louder the the Nova.

Put up as a joke OR the Ferrari driver was just useless.

The car obviously has had an engine swap... and drivetrain swap. Check out when he peels out before the race. Rear wheels spinning. That's why he can just about get the power down. Through the gears he's still spinning in the dry in third gear... that takes some power.

Nova boy is obviously a drag strip hero. You don't build a car like that just for the road... also, he's doing it properly holding the car back slightly with the handbrake ready to go.

Ferrari boy obviously has a quick car, which he may well think will destroy anything this side of another supercar due to his naiveity. I don't think the Ferrari got a great start... but he still got shown up.

Looks to me like all 4 wheels of the Nova spin. It might be that one with Two calibre turbo engines: one for the front wheels, one for the back.

there was a reference to a corsa with a lotus carlton engine that beat a ferrari recently on a corsa club site that i was linked to to read a thread on corsa V GTiR...

plus ferrari's aint actualy that quick on a 1/4 mile thrash average ferrari 1/4 thime is about 13.5 sec. think even i could have one if one would race me. also it could be a ferrari replica hence the lack of engine sound.
