Hello! Anyone help please? For a while I haven't been able to access my cd player; can't open it and it doesn't play either but since I've had a new Battery I have had no music at all. Not even the radio. I have a message saying "a program cannot be read please consult to a dealer"

you may need the NAV cd to reboot the system, failing that replace the radio

Thanks for your response. It turned out I'd got the Nav Cd in the wrong slot 🤣 my son came to the rescue, all sorted now!
