Hybrid Oil Specs

I noted on my last service that the Toyota dealer put 0W 20 into my Hybrid Corolla. The hand book specifies 0W 16 and warns not to use 0W 20 for long periods. On putting my car in for a service today, I mention this and they told me they always use 0W 20 on all of their hybrids and were surprised when I showed them the hand book.

Has anyone else experience this, what does your Toyota dealer use

Not the first time in recent years that Toyota Ireland dealers have  used the incorrect oil - eg. previous topic relating to the Yaris (0W-8 Toyota preferred oil).
