Door window rattle noise when open? 2007 Aygo

What is the usual cause of a rattly noise coming from the door windows when driving with the windows open, when the windows are shut there is no noise. Windows are manual winders.

This is so typical for most Toyota models and I am not sure if there are any faults or it is just the design of the windows railing mechanisms. I had few Toyota models and they all had have these or similar rattling side windows. 
Never bothered to look to repair as these are minor niggles plus not just for Toyota, many more brands are exactly the same. Just learned live with and to trick those with lowering windows completely down or up and then slightly move into opposite direction, then the window sorts itself and rattling stops.
