I removed my seats recently to clean and soundproof my aygo and once i reconected the side airbags the airbag warning light now wont stop flashing when re checking the connections I found the latch that keeps the pasenger side connector in place had broken off, the connections were still being made but it would just come loose under tension. I used some tape to hold it is place however the light is still flashing. Any clue why this could be happening and what I should do this has driven me mental for the past week and I cant find a single bit off information on the damned conector aside from condesending videos on how to remove it. Also if i do need to replace it any links to parts would be great as my search has been a complete waste of time.

use a zip tie end to end you will then need to clear the code by using a scan tool or disconnect the Battery for 15-20 mins

connector housings are available, is it a 4 pin green connector (yellow, yellow/black and white/black)

the wire should not be under tension you may have a break in the wiring
