I have downloaded the latest app for my new Yaris Cross. The app works for mileage and fuel etc but frozen for hybrid coaching. Will not show journeys made. Why?

Your car relies on a mobile sim link (not in your phone, it's in the DCM module) all the time for full MyToyota functionality. How strong is the mobile coverage in the area where you live or travel about?

the button and mic are above your head the DCM lives in the dash behind the radio

if the car and account are newly registered it takes time for the service to become active also make sure that the service is active in-app and the Multimedia is set up correctly on the website

Thanks. The app worked fine in my previous Corolla. Strangely my mobile phone (pixel 6a) won’t charge on the pad either although other mobiles will.

Correct. The 7a & 8a both have wireless charging whilst the 6a does not.

yeah, only the pro version of the 6 has wireless charging (that's what I have)😃

No, the 6 does too. Only the 6a (the 'a's are the budget versions) didn't get it.
