Avensis Verso 2.0 D4D

Hello guys! I bought my first toyota.It's avensis verso with 2.0d4d diesel engine, 2002 year. I think it has a lack of power.At start toyota drives good,after ~2.5k rpm toyota becomes really sleepy,and after ~4k rpm i got this feeling when turbo kicks in. When i start car (at warm time too), i have this blue cooling indication on for 5-10min,and at 1 gear i can see that after i press clutch, rpms are falling down slow. Car is starting okay Where i need to start? I don't know if it all is 1 problem,or different,but first off all lack of power is really annoying.
