Satnav issues

My satnav is showing not avaliable on this system. When pressed

Is the sat nav module installed?

I tried to register my Touch to go on my Toyota UK Multi media system, but it keep saying it doesn’t recognise my device ID or serial number.

Is your Auris a Design or BusinessEdition or Excel as the touch 2 Go with navigation was only available on those models. Optional on the Icon. 
touch 2 as standard had no sat nav.
