hello,

hope your all well?, im currently trying to replace my side lights but am struggling,

does any one have better instructions on how to do it ? or some tips?

From memory, you remove the covers from the back, and you should see the wires running up to them, I think they are push fit, so you pull on the back of the bulb holder and it should come out, you then just replace the bulb.

If that's not right I'm sure someone should have a picture of the location.

No I remembered it wrong, they are not i n the same place as the headlight they are separate, see picture.

Ah okay thank you so much! I have been fiddling but they don't seem to budge is it recommended to try using so pliars? Or wd40?

You just pull on the gray part, you could use a flat head screwdriver in the holding tabs but be careful, I don't remember it being hard to get off.

 

Does anyone else have any tips.

If the question is for the front position light, it is not correctly marked in the picture above. I added it in a yellow circle:

Pliars will definitely help turn them, if they're a bit of a tight fit. Personally I wouldn't use WD40, but it probably wouldn't do any harm.

With pliars check twice the direction you turn is correct. Otherwise the fitting can break.

I have had also probems with some fittings, managed to loose them and greased the o-ring a bit before i screwed them back in.
