honestly, pressure test the EGR cooler if that's okay, do a compression test

the egr will open when the engine is up to temp so may well be sealed when cold as soon as the hot gases enter the cooler it leaks water

You better don’t drive the car beforehand you investigate where the coolant is going to and get it fix . 1ltr per week even with high mileage is not normal. 
If the coolant gets burned via cylinder 1 as per your findings very likely is from the egr cooler or in addition to that there might be another problem li,e water pump or something else.

Hello everyone. Today, I removed the intake manifold and found coolant. I also ordered a new EGR cooler a week ago and replaced it today. I will drive and monitor the coolant level.
