2019 LE Corolla Sedan Digital Speedometer

We just bought a gently used Toyota Corolla.  I was shocked there was no digital spedometer.

Is this something they can add in or has anyone found a solution?

Seems crazy for a 2019!

Trying to decide if it is worth sending back to Carvana after my 7 day trial period.

I use the digital speedometer on my phone sat nav mounted on the dash, as it’s more accurate than the built in speedometer.

If you go into the settings (in the screen in front of you) and move down to the next screen there is an option “settings”, move to that and hold down ok for a few seconds and you should find the option to change to digital.

You must be stationary to do this!

The 2019 LE seems to not seem to have a down arrow.  When you say hold that do you mean the display button?  This is the last of the older model so I think I am just out of luck.  I just can’t believe a basic feature since 2016 in most cars!

Bear in mind the OP seems to be in the USA - so controls, etc may be different to the UK, where Toyota Owners Club is based.

Just keep your finger on the ‘ok’ button for a few seconds. As Frosty says, my car is UK spec so may be different to yours.
