Hi David, give a few local garages a call they will give you better idea of the cost. Taking it to a main dealer will obviously be more expensive then a small local garage.😄

Hello it is good to change both cables (strings) together, as there is a possibility that the other one may have hidden wear and cuts that are not visible, also the possibility that the one that you will not change has been damaged and has a difference when you pick it up in my country each cable costs 45 euros each piece
