Lifting Urban Cruiser 1.4 D4D 2010

Hello, I want to lift my urban cruiser but i dont know what is the maximum limit it could be lifted. I have seen many lift kits ranging from 10mm to 40mm. What is the maximum appropriate lift, and also if someone could provide me with a link to buy one? Regards!
