Sudden 4 warning lights and speed limiter

Hi all

I'm hoping someone may have encountered the following issue and may be able to help with what the issue may be and a potential solution.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

I own a 16 plate Aygo, today while driving 4 warning lights appeared on my dashboard (picture attached). I took it to a local garage who connected it to their diagnostic machine and apparently no error code had appeared. They put it down to a glitch and told me it's okay to drive. 30 minutes later the 4 same warning lights showed up however this time my car will refuse to go past 35 MPH almost like a speed limiter.

I would start with checking your Battery connections are tight, and the Battery is in good working order (a garage may need to check this).
