Drivers seat lowering itself

Drivers seat appear to lower itself over a few weeks, is there anyway of tightening the adjuster up.

Totally normal, happens to all Toyota and non Toyota cars who are equipped with manual seat height adjustment over time and mostly if you recline the back. I do mine 3-5 times a night to have little breaks between my driving ( not a taxi ) but I drive at night only 12 hrs or more every night spent in my car.  Adjust the seat height once or twice a week and then after it will lower itself again, not a fault or something that you can fix, just learn to live with. 👍
