Coolant leaking down to bottom pulley

Hello all, I just imported a 1996 Hiace super custom limited 2.4 EFI from Japan and I've have ran into an abundance of problems (mostly overheating, coolant leaks, and oil leaks). I've been able to figure most of these problems out but one coolant leak is leaving me confused. The leak is coming from somewhere and dripping off the bottom pulley. I have tried hours trying to find this leak and have had no luck. I'm hoping someone has had a similar problem and can help me out. I still have a lot of work to do so this is most likely not the last time I will be asking questions on this forum:)
