hi guys i have a 2010 estima hybrid and just wanted to know if someone can direct me to some good quality front and rear brake pads thanks. also wheres the best place to buy parts be it normal service parts but more importantly other parts. thanks in advance guys. do apologise if its a silly question

If you don’t wish to have lots of brake dust, use Toyota.

There are unconfirmed reports that after replacing brake pads (and pushing back the caliper pistons), that the ECU needs to 'informed' of the change somehow (maybe by Techstream), else may get ABS warnings soon after.
Seems unlikely to me, as should (in my opinion) seamlessly accept anything it notices.
Maybe someone here could share their experience.

Like you it seems ridiculous, it would take some type of shaft encoder to send a signal to the ECU which does seem absurd.
